Turnip Soup

By request. Pam's greatest receipe:

Turnip Soup

1 - 16 oz bag frozen turnips

1 - 16 oz pkg. smoked sausage (Smokey Hollow)

2 - 15 oz cans great northern beans (or navy)

2 - chicken flavored bouillon cubes

1 - pkg instant vegatable soup mix (Lipton, Campbells or Knorr)

About 4 cups water. More or less for desired consistency


Slice & brown sausage, drain oil. Add all other ingredients & water. Brint to a boil, then simmer about one hour.
